Complex Zakat questions welcome

Many Zakat questions have no one-line answer — and those are exactly the ones worth asking. Common examples include:

We aim to acknowledge messages within five working days. Our phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. For a question about an existing donation, include your donation reference so we can trace it. The same team also answers through contact on worldaidnetwork.org.
