Organisation documents to request
Ask for the current governing document, safeguarding and complaints policies, financial controls, conflicts-of-interest procedures and grant-making criteria. Check the document’s owner, approval date and scope. For Zakat, also request the recipient assessment and ownership or agency process.

Raise a concern or request a document
Use the contact page or email [email protected]. For a complaint, explain what happened, when it happened and how you can be contacted. Ask for the current complaints procedure and response timetable. Do not send sensitive patient or financial information unless the organisation provides a suitable secure channel.
