We fund eye surgery, cancer treatment and emergency relief in Pakistan, Indonesia and Malaysia. We do not run our own hospitals: we pay licensed partner hospitals and vetted local relief partners directly, against trustee-approved lists of named patients.
Our three countries
Licensed partner clinicians in each country are registered with the national medical regulator:
- Pakistan: Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
- Indonesia: Indonesian Medical Council (Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia, KKI).
- Malaysia: Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
How care and relief are delivered
Eye surgery and cancer treatment are paid for at partner hospitals for named patients who cannot afford care. Emergency relief, meaning food, clean water, hygiene kits and temporary shelter after disasters, is delivered by vetted local relief partners. We never give cash to individuals.
