Monthly giving: how it works and how to cancel

You choose an amount and a cause: eye surgery, cancer treatment, emergency relief or where most needed. A gift to a chosen cause stays with that cause. Monthly gifts started from this page are Sadaqah, voluntary giving with no fixed amount or date.

Your first payment is taken at checkout. After that, the same amount is charged each month until you cancel. Card payments run through Stripe Checkout, so your card details never reach our servers. Gift Aid is not available.

Monthly gifts continue each month until you cancel. Manage or cancel any time at worldaidnetwork.org/manage-giving or email [email protected].

Manage giving uses a secure Stripe email sign-in, on the same Stripe account as this site. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund earlier gifts.

Zakat is assessed once a year on your Zakat date. A monthly Sadaqah gift does not become Zakat later. If the approach you follow permits paying Zakat in advance, you can spread it monthly and reconcile the total on your Zakat date: see paying Zakat in instalments. £17 a month is £204 over a year towards eye care; actual treatment costs vary. A suggested amount is a contribution to care, not a guaranteed outcome.
